Swissôtel Amsterdam 96 Damrak, Amsterdam-Centrum, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1012 LP. Fantastic, excellent friendly staff and perfect location. Location can't be beat. Everything else was well below par for the price and rating. The reception staff were ridiculously, absurdly incompetent at every turn.
